Lodging in Pescara
Blocks of rooms for those attending the workshop have been reserved at Hotel Plaza and Victoria Hotel. Since July-August is in the peak tourist season, it is recommended that hotel reservations be made early, to ensure availability of rooms.
Many hotel accommodations are available, in general the cost is inversely proportional to the distance from the shore.
Due to the overlap of the Workshop with the peak tourist season, booking is suggested as soon as travel plans are finalized.
Blocks of rooms have been reserved at 2 convenient hotels. Both accommodations are located in the center of Pescara and close to each other.
All prices are per night per room, and include breakfast and VAT taxes. An additional local tax of 1.00 €/per day/person is applied at the end of the stay.
All reservations must be made by credit card, which will only be charged at the end of the stay.
Cancellations without penalty accepted up to 48 hours before arrival. In case of no-show only the first night will be charged.

Shuttle Service Information
Workshop (28-31 July):
The Hotel Plaza will be the central meeting point throughout the Workshop. A daily shuttle service will operate, picking up participants in the morning from The Hotel Plaza and returning them in the evening from the workshop venue (Aurum).
Guided Tour (01-03 August):
During the Guided Tour, The Hotel Plaza will serve as the departure point in the morning. In the evening, the shuttle will bring back participants to The Hotel Plaza.
